This Legal Notice sets out information about the publisher and operation of the Pegasy website and service. It should be read together with the Pegasy Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Pegasy is business-to-business software. It is a proposal and closing platform for service businesses.

Sellers define and control their own pricing and commercial terms. A recipient may review the offer and select the options the seller has made available, and may request a change, but cannot unilaterally alter terms the seller has defined.
Users remain responsible for the commercial and legal content of the proposals they create, and for reviewing that content before sending it.
The Pegasy marketing website is built and hosted on the platform provided by Webflow, Inc. (United States).
The Pegasy application and its supporting infrastructure rely on third-party providers for hosting, databases, storage, content delivery, payment processing, email delivery and artificial-intelligence processing. Payment processing is provided by Stripe where online payment is enabled.
The categories of provider used, and the way personal data is handled, are described in the Pegasy Privacy Policy. Providers may change as the infrastructure evolves.
Application hosting provider:
The Pegasy website, application, branding, interface, software, documentation, design system, proposal templates, section library, text, graphics and logos are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials are owned by or licensed to Nathan Cole LLC.
No part of Pegasy may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, reverse engineered, decompiled, extracted or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
The Pegasy name, logo and visual identity may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation without written permission.
Users provide and process content through Pegasy, including company and contact records, deals, project context, uploaded files, briefs, transcripts, pricing and commercial terms, proposal text, images and brand assets.
Users remain responsible for holding the necessary rights and a lawful basis for the content they upload and for the client information they enter.
As between the user and Pegasy, content created by a user and the commercial terms that user defines belong to that user.
Pegasy aims to provide accurate and useful information but does not guarantee that:
Analytics such as views, visits, time spent and reading progress are records of observed events. They are indicators, not guaranteed conclusions about a recipient's identity, attention or intentions.
Certain Pegasy features use artificial intelligence to help draft or structure proposal content from context supplied by the user.
AI-generated material may contain inaccuracies, omissions, unsuitable wording or incorrect assumptions, and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
AI-generated content is a draft. The user must review and approve it before sending a proposal. Pegasy does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output and does not autonomously guarantee any scope, price, commitment or timeline expressed in a proposal.
Where online payment is enabled, payment is processed through third-party payment infrastructure, including Stripe. Pegasy does not store raw payment-card details and does not hold funds on a user's behalf.
A redirect back to the application after a payment step is not by itself proof of a successful payment. Settlement is determined by the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
Where a seller enables manual bank transfer, Pegasy may record that a transfer has been reported. Recording a reported transfer is not proof that funds have been received or settled.
Pegasy may link to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services. Those third parties operate independently and are responsible for their own content, availability, security, terms and privacy practices.
Pegasy may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, deployments, provider outages, network failures, security incidents, API limits or events outside our reasonable control.
Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly applies.
To report content you reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing or deceptive, contact support@pegasy.io.
Your report should include your name and contact details, the page or proposal concerned, a clear explanation of the issue, supporting evidence and, for intellectual-property reports, information showing your rights or authority.
Submitting a false or misleading report may have legal consequences.

Use of the Pegasy application and services is governed by the Pegasy Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Legal Notice and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Pegasy and its users.
Governing law and competent courts:
Mandatory protections available under the law of a user's own country of residence or establishment are unaffected.
This Legal Notice may be updated to reflect changes to corporate information, hosting providers, infrastructure, services, legal requirements or contact details. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made.
